# Per-location schedules

> Say which location each day's hours are worked at.

> Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can't see it, contact Bilby support.

If a practitioner works at more than one location, you can say where each day's hours are worked. Online booking, the patient portal and private booking links then book each time at the right location.

1. Open **Practitioners**, then the practitioner.
2. Open the **Schedule** tab and edit their weekly hours.
3. Choose a location for each row of hours, then select **Save changes**.

A practitioner can't be at two locations at the same time, so Bilby stops you saving hours that overlap. Only admins can change hours. For hours and leave in general see [Getting started](https://docs.bilby.health/getting-started/overview).
