# Troubleshooting the calendar

> Fixes for common calendar and booking problems.

### I can only see my own calendar

Practitioners see only their own calendar. Ask an admin if you need more.

### I can't see Online requests, Awaiting payment or Waitlist

These are for admins and reception.

### I can't book a time, or an appointment won't drop where I drag it

The time is outside the practitioner's hours, or an event covers it. Check their hours, or open the appointment and change the time.

### Delete is greyed out

The appointment has a clinical note or a payment. Cancel it instead.

### Approve request does nothing

Link the request to a patient first.

### "That time is no longer available."

Someone has booked that time since the request came in. Contact the patient and book another time.

### Send reminder isn't in the menu

It's only offered for scheduled or confirmed appointments, and only when your practice has the feature.
