# Clinical

> Write and publish notes, prescribe, request pathology and send clinical letters.

This section covers the clinical side of a patient's record: notes, note templates, prescriptions, pathology and clinical letters.

Practitioners see only the notes they wrote, and can amend, withdraw or delete their own. Admins and reception can write notes for any practitioner. Reception can't amend, withdraw or delete notes, can't prescribe, and can only view pathology requests. Clinical settings are admin only.
