# Troubleshooting forms

> Fixes for common problems with forms.

### I can't see Forms in the sidebar

Practitioners don't have the Forms page. You can still send forms and read answers on a patient's **Forms** tab.

### I can't edit a form

Only admins can edit forms, and nobody can edit a built-in form. Select **Duplicate** and change the copy.

### Send form is greyed out

Your practice has no published forms yet. An admin can publish one on the **Forms** page.

### The patient has no mobile or email on file

Add it on their **Details** tab, or copy the link and share it yourself.

### The form was created but couldn't be sent

The message didn't go, for example because the patient opted out of SMS. Copy the link shown and share it another way.

### I can't delete a form

Forms that have been sent can't be deleted. Archive them instead.

### It says "Can't publish yet"

Fix each item listed, then save again.

### I don't see Draft with AI

It isn't on for your practice, or you aren't an admin. Contact Bilby support.
