# Integrations

> Connect and check Medicare, HICAPS, Xero, Stripe, SMS, email and ePrescribing.

This section covers connecting Bilby to outside services, checking they work, and fixing them when they don't. Day-to-day use is on the area pages, such as [Billing and payments](https://docs.bilby.health/billing/overview) and [Medicare and DVA](https://docs.bilby.health/medicare/overview).

Only an admin can set up an integration, in **Settings**. The Integrations list at the bottom of the Settings menu shows which ones are connected and which need attention. Connecting or disconnecting one asks you to confirm it's you with your second sign-in step, so set up multi-factor authentication first.
