# Questions about integrations

### I can't see Settings

Only admins can open Settings. Ask an admin in your practice.

### An integration isn't in the Settings menu

SMS only appears once Bilby turns it on for your practice. Contact Bilby support if another one is missing.

### Bilby keeps asking me to verify my identity

Connecting and disconnecting integrations needs a recent identity check. That's expected.

### Does disconnecting delete anything?

No. Xero keeps your invoices, Stripe keeps your account and payouts, and PRODA keeps the device. Turning SMS off is the exception: you lose your text number.
