# Your practice page and private locations

> Your public practice page, and keeping a location's address private.

## Your public practice page

Your practice page is a public web page with your clinicians, locations, opening hours and contact details. Search engines can list it.

1. Open **Settings › Public profile** and turn on **Enable the directory page**.
2. Write a short description of your practice, and choose which practitioners to show.
3. Select **Save**, then **View your page** to see it.

Practitioners' details come from their profiles. When online booking or the patient portal is on, the page links to them.

## Private locations

> [!NOTE]
>
> Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can't see it, contact Bilby support.

A private location is one whose address patients never see, such as a home office used for telehealth. To set one, open **Settings › Locations**, edit the location and tick **Private location**.

Wherever patients would see the address, such as letters, invoices and reminders, they see "Telehealth" instead. The only exception is a Medicare statement, and Bilby warns you before you print or email one that shows it.
