# Fill in missing details in bulk

> Look up missing details for many referring practices at once.

## Fill in missing details for many practices

The **Missing details** tab looks up every practice missing an email, phone or address. It works like [Find missing details](https://docs.bilby.health/referrers/referring-practices.md#find-missing-details-for-a-practice), for many practices at once. Only admins can use it.

1. Open **Clean up** and choose **Missing details**.
2. Select **Look up all**, or look up a few first. You can select **Stop** at any time.
3. Review each card as it arrives. Tick the details that are right. Details marked Looks right start ticked.
4. Select **Save** on the card.

Nothing is saved until you save a card. Bilby only fills blank fields. If you're confident in the results, select **Save all that look right** to save every card with something ticked.

On a card, select **None are right** to set it aside, or **Later** to come back to it.

If you leave the page during a run, lookups already started still finish, and their results wait for you to review.
