# Questions about referrers

> Answers to common questions about referrers and referring practices.

### Why can't I see Referrers in the sidebar?

Referrers is for admins and reception. Practitioners choose referrers when they add a referral.

### Why can't I see Clean up?

Only admins can use Clean up.

### Why isn't there a Find missing details button?

It appears only when the practice is missing an email, phone or address, and works once the practice has a name. If it still isn't there, it may not be set up for your practice. Contact Bilby support.

### Bilby says there have been too many lookups

Wait a while and try again. Nothing was changed, and results already found are kept.

### I merged the wrong practices. Can I get the other one back?

No. A merged practice is deleted and can't be restored. Add it again as a new practice, then link its referrers to it.
