# Look up activity

> See who did what, and when.

**Settings › Activity** shows who changed or opened records across the practice, including exports. Admins can use it.

Search or filter by person, patient or type of record, then select an entry to see what changed and what it was before. Newest entries come first.

When someone edits or deletes a Team chat message, the entry keeps the original text. Select **Show original** to see it.
