# Reports and records

> Run reports, read the activity log, import data, manage your Bilby plan, and export or delete the practice.

This section covers reports, the activity log, importing records, your Bilby subscription, and closing a practice.

Reports, the activity log, import and your plan are for admins. Practitioners can see the outstanding notes report for their own appointments. Only the practice owner can export or delete the practice.

## Your home page

After you sign in, Bilby opens the **Calendar**. If your practice has the Dashboard turned on, **Dashboard** is the first item in the sidebar. It shows today's appointments, unpaid invoices, bookings waiting for review, and notes still to write.
