# Troubleshooting reports and records

> Fixes for common problems with reports, imports and your plan.

### I can't see Reports

Reports is for admins and practitioners. Reception can't open it.

### I'm a practitioner and only see Outstanding notes

That's the only report for practitioners. Ask an admin for other reports.

### The report stopped before showing everything

Narrow the dates or add a filter.

### "Add a practitioner in Bilby before importing appointments."

Add your practitioners on the **Practitioners** page, then come back to the import.

### "Bilby couldn't read this export."

Check it's the file Halaxy sent you, not a single spreadsheet. If it still fails, contact Bilby support.

### I can't see Export or Delete practice

Only the practice owner sees them.

### "This practice is read-only."

An admin needs to subscribe in **Settings › Plan & billing**.
