This guide shows practice staff how to use Bilby day to day: the calendar, patients, clinical notes, billing and Medicare claims, messages, forms and online booking. It also shows admins how to set up the practice and connect Bilby to Medicare, HICAPS, Xero, Stripe, SMS and email. Each section in the sidebar covers one area, split into short pages. Start with Getting started if your practice is new to Bilby.

Features your practice may not have yet

Bilby turns some newer features on one practice at a time. Pages in this guide mark them with this note:
Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
If a page or button in this guide is missing for you, check two things:
  1. Your role. Most setup is admin only, and some queues are hidden from practitioners.
  2. Whether the feature is marked with the note above. If it is, ask Bilby support to turn it on.
