Referrers are the doctors and other providers who refer patients to you. Referring practices are the clinics they work at. Contact details live on the practice, so a change there applies to every referrer who works at it. Clinical letters go to the practice’s email by default, so that email is the detail most worth having.

Who can use this

Practitioners can still choose a referrer when they add a referral to a patient. See Patients. To see who refers to you most, admins can run the Top referring practices and Top referrers reports. See Reports and records.
