Not every practice has this yet. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
Draft with AI builds a draft form from a description, a PDF of a form you already use, or a photo of a paper form. Only admins can use it.
The document you attach is sent outside Australia to be read. Bilby doesn’t keep a copy. Attach a blank form only, never one a patient has filled in.
  1. Open Forms and select Draft with AI.
  2. Describe the form, attach a file, or both.
  3. Select Draft form. It can take a minute.
  4. Select Open in builder.
The form is saved as a draft. Nothing is published or sent. Check every question before you publish. Some questions may carry a note where the draft wasn’t sure. Fix the question, then select Dismiss.

Check the scoring

Scoring is only copied when your document or description states the points and cut-offs. It is never made up. If the draft has scoring, you must check it before you can publish. Open Scoring in the builder, check every point and cut-off against your source, tick the box to confirm, and save.

Edit a form with AI

In the builder, select Edit with Claude and type what to change, such as “Make the consent question required”. Select Apply change. The change isn’t saved until you select Save. If the scoring changes, you need to check it again before publishing.
