Troubleshooting forms

I can’t see Forms in the sidebar

Practitioners don’t have the Forms page. You can still send forms and read answers on a patient’s Forms tab.

I can’t edit a form

Only admins can edit forms, and nobody can edit a built-in form. Select Duplicate and change the copy.

Send form is greyed out

Your practice has no published forms yet. An admin can publish one on the Forms page.

The patient has no mobile or email on file

Add it on their Details tab, or copy the link and share it yourself.

The form was created but couldn’t be sent

The message didn’t go, for example because the patient opted out of SMS. Copy the link shown and share it another way.

I can’t delete a form

Forms that have been sent can’t be deleted. Archive them instead.

​

It says “Can’t publish yet”

Fix each item listed, then save again.

I don’t see Draft with AI

It isn’t on for your practice, or you aren’t an admin. Contact Bilby support.
