Your public practice page

Your practice page is a public web page with your clinicians, locations, opening hours and contact details. Search engines can list it.
  1. Open Settings › Public profile and turn on Enable the directory page.
  2. Write a short description of your practice, and choose which practitioners to show.
  3. Select Save, then View your page to see it.
Practitioners’ details come from their profiles. When online booking or the patient portal is on, the page links to them.

Private locations

Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
A private location is one whose address patients never see, such as a home office used for telehealth. To set one, open Settings › Locations, edit the location and tick Private location. Wherever patients would see the address, such as letters, invoices and reminders, they see “Telehealth” instead. The only exception is a Medicare statement, and Bilby warns you before you print or email one that shows it.
