Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
Use closure dates for days the whole clinic is closed, such as public holidays or a Christmas shutdown. Admins set them up in Settings › Closure dates: give the closure a name and dates, then select Add closure. Online booking and private booking links offer no times on those days, and the calendar shows them as closed. You can still book by hand. Public holidays are not added for you. Existing appointments are not cancelled. If any are already booked, the closure links to them so you can move or cancel them.
