Create a repeating appointment

Start a booking as usual.
Under Repeats, choose how often and when the series ends.
Check the preview of dates, then select Create appointments.

Bilby flags any dates that clash with another appointment, leave, the practitioner’s hours or the referral’s sessions. They are still booked, so review them. Only the first appointment is invoiced when you book; each later one is invoiced when you mark it completed. An ongoing series keeps booking ahead by itself. You don’t need to extend it.

Review flagged appointments

When repeating appointments have problems, a flagged count appears at the top of the calendar. Select it to see each one and why, then open it to move, cancel or leave it.

Change one appointment or the rest of the series

Edit the appointment and save. Bilby asks whether the change applies to this appointment only, or to this and all future appointments.

Cancel the rest of a series

Open an appointment in the series, open the … menu and choose Cancel appointment, then choose to cancel this and all future appointments. Their invoices are voided.
