The account menu

Select your initials at the bottom of the sidebar (top right on a phone). From here you can change your sign-in security, set your email signature, switch between light and dark, send feedback and sign out. Always sign out on a shared computer. During the free trial, the menu also shows how long the trial has left. See Manage your Bilby plan.

Set your email signature

Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
Open the account menu, select Email signature, type your signature and select Save. Emails you write in Bilby use it by default, and you can choose another before you send. See Messages and follow-up.

Switch practice

If you belong to more than one practice, select the practice name at the top of the sidebar and choose another. Your role can be different in each practice.

Choose what the sidebar shows

An admin can hide sidebar items the practice doesn’t use in Settings › Sidebar. Turn off what your team doesn’t need, then select Save. Hiding an item hides it for everyone. It doesn’t give anyone extra access, because roles still apply.
