  1. On the invoice, select More actions › Send by email.
  2. Choose a template if you have one, or write the subject and message. The practice signature is added for you.
  3. Tick what to include: an online payment link, the invoice PDF, or the Medicare statement.
  4. Select Send email.
Nothing is emailed until you select Send email. If the Medicare statement names a private location, Bilby asks before sending. See Medicare and DVA.

Send a Stripe payment page

More actions › Send with Stripe has Stripe email the patient a page to pay what they owe. It is a payment request, not a tax invoice. When the patient pays, the payment is recorded on the invoice. The patient needs an email address on file. If there isn’t one, use Request deposit to make a link you can copy or text. Neither option appears on third-party invoices.
