Once Medicare has processed a claim, you can open a Medicare statement for the patient from the claim’s menu on the invoice. Select Print / Save as PDF to print it, or email it with the invoice. See Email an invoice. DVA claims have no Medicare statement.

Private locations on a Medicare statement

Not every practice has this yet. Bilby turns it on for each practice. If you can’t see it, contact Bilby support.
A private location’s address is hidden from patients everywhere except a Medicare statement and the assignment of benefit form. When a statement names a private location, Bilby marks it and asks you to confirm before you print or email it.
Anyone who receives the statement sees the private location’s name and address. The downloaded assignment of benefit form shows it too, and Bilby doesn’t ask first.
